GHADA AMER AT H3H BIENNIAL OOSTERHOUT, NETHERLANDS

The third edition of the biennial will be hosted at the monasteries of the Heilige Driehoek in Oosterhout, North Brabant.
Ghada Amer will be part of the exhibition with the garden installation: ‘Love Grave’ (2003/2023). Despite the inclusion of the word ‘love’ in the title, Amer insists that her intent in this installation is primarily to speak about the violence and absurdity of wars and their effect on human lives.
Curated by Hendrik Driessen and Rebecca Nelemans, ‘Faith’, is the theme of this third edition, inspired by the historical and spiritual traditions of the location.
