For this exhibition conceived as a Gesamtkunstwerk – gathering paintings, sculptures and installations including new works never seen before – Ilya & Emilia Kabakov are turning Dallas Contemporary into a rundown museum. The show will be a complete immersion into the couple's artistic vision – which is mostly informed by art history, music, theatre and architecture. The exhibition is curated by Peter Doroshenko and will be accompanied by a catalogue.
